创新物流管理专业“职教融合,工学交替”人才培养模式

高职教育要培养社会需要的高技能应用型人才,而人才培养模式很大程度上决定着培养质量,为此我们进行了人才培养模式的改革。改革实践中我们根据物流企业对物流管理人才的需求,与企业深度合作,创新了物流管理专业"职教融合,工学交替"人才培养模式,形成了颇具工学结合特色的人才培养方案。本文介绍了我们在人才培养模式改革方面的成功经验,对于我国高职物流管理专业教学改革有较强的借鉴作用。

Innovation on the Training Mode in Logistics Management "Profession Melted Training, Work Alternated Study"

Higher vocational education＇s mission is to cultivate high-skilled applied personnels needed by the society,and the training mode largely determines the training quality,therefore,we have conducted a reform on its mode in our practice and created a new special mode：＂profession melted training,work alternated study＂ based on the demand in the logistics enterprises management,the cooperation with the enterprises.This paper introduces us some successful experience in the training mode reform,it will be beneficial for our country＇s higher vocational logistics management teaching reform.
