| 摘 要： | 农民工是浙江经济发展的主要劳动力,农民工流失将成为浙江经济持续发展的瓶颈。本文通过分析得出在浙江刘易斯拐点已经显现,未来浙江籍农民工数量将大幅度减少,外地农民工返乡危机潜在,进而提出以农民工廉租房为突破口等财税对策,留住农民工。

| Abstract: | Peasant workers are the primary labour of economic development in Zhejiang,the loss of peasant workers will become the bottleneck of sustainable development of Zhejiang economy.This article obtained the Lewis Turning-Point has already appeared in Zhejiang,and the number of Zhejiang cadastral peasant workers will be greatly reduced,the crisis is potential which ecdemic peasant workers return to their hometown through analyzing,and then put forward the finance and taxation measures to retain peasant workers taking peasant workers＇ low-rent housing as a point of breakthrough. |
