This article analyses the request of emergency management ability of grass-roots army officers,discusses the content of the cultivation of the emergency management ability,and from four angles that innovating training concept,doing well the overall planning,promoting training quality,expanding training channels,proposes the countermeasures of emergency management abilities to grass-roots army officers.
