改革实践环节应对金融危机促进就业

分析金融危机背景下的大学生就业问题,针对现行毕业实习与毕业设计等实践环节受到的冲击,对毕业实习设计和课程设计等实践教学方式进行了改革和实践,提出了基于医工结合以社会需求和学生就业为导向进行实践教学环节改革的新方法,加强价值教育,提高学生的创新能力,促进生物医学工程专业的就业。

Reform Practice Link Responding the Financial Crisis to Promote Employment

This paper analyzed university students＇ employment problem under the background of financial crisis,based on the the impact of graduation practice and graduation design and other practice links,made some reform and practice on graduation practice design,curriculum design and other practice teaching modes,and put forward the new method to conduct practice teaching reform based on combining with medical and engineering and taking social needs and student employment as orientation to strengthen the value education,improve students＇ innovative ability and promote the employment of biomedical engineering.
