| 摘 要： | 绿色供应链管理(GSCM)是目前企业管理的研究热点之一,但在企业实施绿色供应链的驱动因素这一问题上,尚未形成统一认识。总结已有文献,可以将企业实施绿色供应链管理的驱动因素分为四种,即:合法要求、市场要求、协调相关者利益和企业社会责任;在此基础上,可以得出与四种驱动因素相对应的"绿色度"递进的四个层次绿色供应链管理概念模型,即:合法绿色供应链管理、市场绿色供应链管理、相关者绿色供应链管理及深层绿色供应链管理。

| Abstract: | Presently,GSCM(Green Supply Chain Management)is one of the hot topics of business management.Based on the previous researches,We categorize the driving factors of the implementation of GSCM into four groups, they are requirements of legitimacy, requirements of markets, harmonizing stakeholders' interests and the corporate social responsibility, and we also present a conceptual model in which there are four levels of GSCM whose 'green degree' are deepening corresponding to the former four driving factors, the four levels are Legitimacy-based GSCM, Market-based GSCM, Stakeholders-based GSCM and Deep-GSCM. |
