钻进松散易溶蚀地层用泥浆的初步研究

摘    要:为了研究出适合钻进松散易溶蚀地层用的泥浆,在基浆中添加GTQ、Na Cl、KHm对其进行改性,并采用正交实验的方法研究这三种添加剂的加量对泥浆的失水量、胶体率、动切力以及动塑比的影响。实验结果表明:最佳的添加剂加量组合为GTQ、Na Cl、KHm的加量分别为0.15%、10%、1.5%。

Abstract:GTQ,NaCl and KHm were added into the basic mud to improve its performance to find a mud suitable for drilling in loose and easy-dissolution formation. The effects of adding amount of the three additives on static loss, colloid rate, filtrate loss reducer and dynamic plastic ratio of the mud were studied by orthogonal design method. And the results showed that the best combination was that the adding amount of GTQ was 0.15%, the adding amount of NaCl was 10%, and the adding amount of KHm was 1.5%.
