摘    要:员工培训能给企业带来收益,同时也会带来一定的培训风险。通过对培训实施前、实施中和实施后三个阶段中所产生风险的主要原因进行分析,并提出了相关的防范策略。

Abstract:Employee training brings to enterprises not only enormous profits but also a certain number of risks. Based on the profound analyses on the main causes of the risks in the three different periods of training, namely of pre-implementation, of implementation and of post-implementation, relevant precautionary measures were put forward.
