| Abstract: | At present, concrete winter construction becomes more and more common, but due to part of management personnel has some errors for winter construction techniques and the application of antifreeze, engineering accidents continue to emerge. Based on the quality accident in a residential building of Zhengzhou caused by cold, this paper analyzes the reasons and introduces the preventive measures. |
