| 摘 要： | 城市商业银行经过十几年的发展,不仅资产规模进一步扩大,经营效率有了很大提高,而且在不良贷款率、资本充足率等方面已达到现代商业银行标准。城市商业银行为我国的经济体制的完善,社会多样化的需求作出了贡献,因此研究和探索它的发展,客观的用数据来分析我国城市商业银行目前的发展现状与问题具有重要的现实意义。

| Abstract: | After more than 10 years of development,City Commercial Bank has further expanded the scale of asset and improved the operating efficiency,moreover,the non-performing loan ratio and capital adequacy ratio has reached a modern commercial banking standards.City Commercial bank has not only contributed to the improvement of China＇s economic system but also to the needs of the social diversity.Therefore,it has important practical significance to study and explore the development of City Commercial Banks and use the objective data to analyze its status and issues in the current development. |
