| 摘 要： | 文章运用不完全信息动态博弈理论分析软件外包项目中接包商和外包商的定价博弈过程,从而推导出双方在软件外包项目谈判过程中能够实现项目交易利润最大化的简易模型,最后对软件外包项目定价策略做出相关建议。

| Abstract: | The paper, based on the incomplete information dynamic game theory, analyzes the pricing game process by contractor and the subcontractor＇s software outsourcing project, and derived simple model which both sides can achieve the maximum profit in the software outsourcing project negotiation process, and finally makes recommendations on the pricing strategy of software outsourcing project. |
