| 摘 要： | ERP系统促进了企业内部的交流和协调,得到了广泛的关注,基础数据是实施ERP系统的关键。然而我国企业基础管理混乱、职能化组织结构及管理效率低下等因素,造成了数据与信息难以收集、传递,需要面向ERP系统进行全面的业务流程再造。本文提出业务流程再造应面向ERP系统进行重组业务,分析了我国企业在实施BPR时提高基础数据利用效率的措施,为我国企业实施ERP系统提供参考。

| Abstract: | The system of ERP improves communication and cooperation among enterprises is paid extensive attention to.Furthermore,basic data is the key of the implement of ERP system.Otherwise basic troubled management,functional organization and low management efficiency etc.make difficult collection and transfer of data and information,and so the implement of the ERP system needs Business Process Reengineering in the details of our enterprises.This paper puts forward Business Process Reengineering in the implement of ERP system,and analyses the actions of improving the use of basic data in order to give directions to the implement of ERP system in our enterprises. |
