| Abstract: | According to the rules and characteristics of graduate education,this paper puts forward the concept of ＂total quality management ＂,through perfecting rules and regulations,the key link,building academic environment,it formed a comparatively perfect quality guarantee system of graduate education.Through the construction of academic environment and academic atmosphere,it stimulated the graduate study enthusiasm and initiative,accelerating talents training. |
