建筑施工安全管理之我见

随着市场竞争的日益激烈,效益成为各企业竞争的目标,因此向管理要效益已经成为各企业家的共识。而建筑行业又是一种高危行业,它的管理工作更是重中之重。笔者结合多年实际工作经验,参考大量文献资料,分析了建筑工程安全生产存在的问题,并提出了相应的对策,以其为有关建筑业工作者提供参考。

My Views on Building Construction Safety Management

With the increasingly fierce market competition, profits become the objective of competition among all business; therefore, benefit from management has become the consensus of all entrepreneurs. The construction industry is a kind of high-risk industry; its management is top priority. By combining many years of work experience with a large number of documents references, construction safety problems are analyzed, and countermeasures are proposed, which provides reference to the construction workers.
