中小企业绩效考核失效探析

摘    要:本文主要以中小企业绩效考核现状为出发点,从管理意识、管理技能、企业文化等角度对其实施绩效考核普遍失效的原因展开深入剖析,明确中小企业在绩效考核应用中的误区。笔者提出中小企业应明确考核目的,从考核人员培训,考核体系设置、执行、纠偏、考核结果应用及企业文化建设等方面自我修正,有针对性地实施绩效考核,树立绩效管理思想,提高企业考核能力和绩效水平。

Abstract:This paper considers the present situation of SMEs performance evaluation as a starting point, from the perspective of management awareness, management skills and corporate culture in-depth analyzes the causes of failure implementation of performance evaluation, and clears the error in the ,applications of performance assessment of SMEs. The author points that SMEs should clear the aim of assessment, self- repair from training assessment personnel, evaluation system seting up, implementing, rectifying the deviation, application of examination results and corporate culture construction, and pertinently implement the performance assessment to establish a performance management idea and improve assessment ability and performance level.
