摘    要:在用12.5亿美元收购IBM全部个人电脑业务之后,全球第三大电脑厂商在中国诞生。这是中国IT业迄今为止最大的一笔海外收购,是中国企业实践国际化梦想的最大尝试。然而尘埃落定之后,联想今后将如何发展是摆在眼前的问题。在制订战略与计划之前,首先应分析一下新联想的机会与威胁、优势与劣势。本文试用SWOT模型对此进行了分析。

Abstract:After Lenovo purchased the IBM's PC division, the third PC company of the world was born in China. This is the biggest purchase case in China now,and it is the biggest try for the Chinaese companies to practice their dream of international. But after the purchase, how to develop their business is the first thing that Lenovo must think over. Before Lenovo formulate their strategies and plans, it is necessary to analyze new Lenovo's strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats. This article uses the SWOT matrix to analyze these aspects of the purchase.
