| 摘 要： | 随着中国经济建设规模的不断扩大,我国房地产市场体制正在步入规范阶段,房地产作为一个高投入、高回报、高风险的行业,房地产投资过程中面临的各种风险因素,直接影响到房地产投资项目的成功与否。本文通过对房地产投资风险分析,并对此提出防范对策,从而有效地规避和降低房地产投资风险,以保证房地产投资收益。
