| 摘 要： | 目前我国体操项目发展格局逐渐呈多元化方向发展,总体布局较为乐观,但后备人才梯队结构建设尚存不足之处,充分认识和提高对后备人才培养的重要性,深入探讨后备人才培养的现状和基本特征,揭示后备人才培养的本质特点与规律,建立一套行之有效的后备人才培养运行机制和训练体制,为全面制定我国竞技体操后备人才可持续发展战略提供理论参考。

| Abstract: | The development pattern of China's gymnastics project gradually develops toward diversification,and the overall layout is more optimistic.But reserve talent structure construction still has inadequacies,so we should fully understand and enhance the importance of the reserve personnel training,deeply discuss the status and basic characteristics of reserve personnel training,reveal its nature characteristics and laws,and establish a set of effective operational mechanism and training system,to provide a theoretical reference for the comprehensive development of the sustainable development strategy of competitive gymnastics talent. |
