| 摘 要： | 随着知识经济时代的到来,高新技术企业成为我国经济发展的重要支撑点。因此,对高新技术企业绩效进行科学合理的评价至关重要。而现行的指标体系在评价高新技术企业绩效时存在着明显的不足。针对企业绩效综合评价发展需要和和谐社会发展要求,从企业可持续发展理论、企业社会责任理论出发,提出从经济绩效、生态绩效和社会绩效三个方面进行企业绩效评价。
