摘    要:近年来,随着我国经济的快速发展,我国保险业一直保持着持续、快速的发展态势。太平洋保险公司作为一家以电销为主营业务的人寿险公司,在保费收入不断增长的同时,客户流失率却一直居高不下,严重制约了公司的发展。论文以太平洋保险公司电销客户关系管理为研究对象,深入剖析电销客户关系管理存在的问题与原因,并提出相应的改进策略,以助于改善该公司电销客户关系管理水平,降低客户的流失率,实现保费和利润的双增长。

Abstract:In recent years,with the rapid development of my country's economy,my country's insurance industry has maintained a sustained and rapid development trend.As a life insurance company with telemarketing as its main business,China Pacific Insurance Company has maintained a high customer churn rate while its premium income has been increasing,which has severely restricted the company's development.The thesis takes the telemarketing customer relationship management of Pacific Insurance Company as the research object,deeply analyzes the problems and causes of telemarketing customer relationship management,and proposes corresponding improvement strategies to help improve the company's telemarketing customer relationship management level and reduce customer satisfaction.Churn rate,to achieve double growth in premiums and profits.
