核电厂多层板结构流固耦合振动分析研究

摘    要:本文主要针对核电厂中多层板结构在水下的流固耦合振动分析展开研究,通过预实验分析确定振动实验的方案以及测点和激励布置方案。随后通过对实际结构的振动实验得到了其在水中振动的模态和振型数据,通过分析掌握了结构在水中的振动特性。最后采用等效复合材料的有限元模型与实验结果进行对标,从而建立了复杂结构的双湿面流固耦合振动分析有限元模型。整个分析方法和结论对于核电厂中水下复杂结构的振动分析具有实际的工程意义。

Abstract:This paper mainly studies the underwater fluid-structure interaction vibration analysis of the multi-layer plate in the nuclear power plant.The pre-experimental analysis determines the vibration experiment plan and the arrangement of measurement point and excitation.Then,through the vibration experiment of the structure,the modal and mode shape data of vibration in water were obtained,and the vibration characteristics of the structure in water were mastered through analysis.Finally,the finite element model of the equivalent composite material is used to benchmark with the experimental results.And establish the finite element model of the fluid-structure interaction vibration analysis for the complex structure.The analysis method and conclusion have an important meaning for the vibration analysis of complex underwater structures in nuclear power plants.
