湘西州花垣县子腊村乡风文明与乡村振兴调查报告

乡村振兴战略是我国推动农村发展的重要行动纲领,乡风文明建设是实施乡村振兴战略中的关键一环。深入了解民族贫困地区乡风文明建设的现状,找到制约其发展的关键因素尤为重要。本研究选取湖南省湘西州花垣县子腊村为调研对象,通过实地走访调查获得相关资料数据,得出主要结论:子腊村目前乡风文明建设已经取得一定成效,但是公共文化体系建设尚不完善,还存在一些亟待解决的问题。最后,本文给出加强乡风文明建设的政策建议。

Investigation Report on Local Civilization Construction and Rural Revitalization in Zila Village,Huayuan County,Xiangxi

The strategy of Rural Revitalization is an important action program to promote rural development in China.The construction of rural culture and civilization is a key link in the implementation of the strategy of rural revitalization.It is particularly important to have a thorough understanding of the current situation of the construction of rural civilization in poverty-stricken areas and to find out the key factors that restrict its development.In this study,Zila Village of Hunan Province was selected as the research object.Through field visits and surveys,relevant data were obtained.The main conclusions are as follows:Zila Village has achieved certain results in the construction of rural culture,but the construction of public cultural system is still imperfect,there are still some problems to be solved.Finally,this article gives some policy recommendations to strengthen the construction of rural civilization.
