价值工程与建筑设计的整合

本文通过对比美国新旧两种VE方法在设计阶段的应用,得出应该采用新的VE方法的结论——将VE与建筑设计全过程进行整合。鉴于VE在国外应用的成功经验,我国的建筑业应加强与国外同行的合作和交流,学习先进的价值工程理念,将成熟的VE方法应用于工程建设中的设计阶段。

The Integration of Value Engineering and Architectural Design

Through the contrast between the old and new VE methods' application at the designing stage,we can draw a conclusion that we should adopt the new VE method by integrating VE with the whole processes of the architectural design.In view of the successful application of VE in foreign countries,Chinese architectural field should strengthen the communication and cooperation with the foreign counterparts,learn the advanced value engineering knowledge,and apply the mature VE method in the designing stage of the engineering project.
