城市竞争力综合评价浅议

城市竞争力是国家竞争力的基础,国家的竞争在一定程度上体现为城市之间的竞争优势和竞争劣势。对其变化情况及影响因素进行比较分析,关键在于正确的理解城市竞争力的内涵,明确城市竞争力构成要素;并在此基础上建立一套科学、合理、可行的评价指标体系和科学的评价方法。在吸收借鉴国内外有关研究成果的基础上,对城市竞争力构成要素、综合评价指标体系的构建及评价方法提出了自己的看法。

To Discuss Simply on Comprehensive Assessment of the Urban Competitive Power

The urban competitive power is the foundation of the states', the competition among nations can be demonstrated as the competitive power among its cities to a certain degree. Establishing a set of scientific, reasonable and feasible appraisal target system basing on understanding the connotation of the urban competitive power and its components is the key of carrying on the comparative analysis to its changes and the influence factor. Basing on absorbing the domestic and foreign related research results, we proposed the view of our own on the integrant parts of the urban competitive power, the constructing of the comprehensive assessment target system and the assessment method as well.
