Research and Practice on Personnel Training Mode Innovation of Mining Engineering Specialty

For the past years, the number of students majored in the mining engineering specialty increases rapid, and the employment channel is broaden, and talent demand in mining area changes. The existing training mode has not fully met the needs of students＇ own development and innovative personnel training needs. Based on in-depth analysis on training mode of mining engineering specialty, the paper studies the talent training model program of mining engineering specialty, which is significant to training interdisciplinary talents of mining engineering.
