城市竞争力综合测评指标体系的构建及评价方法

城市竞争力是国家竞争力的重要基础,国家的竞争在一定程度上体现为城市之间的竞争。因此,要准确定量地把握不同城市的竞争优势和竞争劣势,对其变化情况及影响因素进行比较分析,关键是要建立一套科学、合理、可行的评价指标体系和科学的评价方法。本文在吸收借鉴国内外有关研究成果的基础上,对城市竞争力综合测评指标体系的构建及评价方法提出了自己的看法。

The Establishment of Synthetical Estimation Variables System and Evaluation Methods

The competition power of city is the primary component of a nation's competition power, so in some way the national competition manifests this aspect between different cities. Therefore, the key is to design a system of appraisal variables and scientific methods with rationality and feasibility if we want to accurately measure the competition advantages and disadvantages of them, then we can compare and analyze the influencing factors and various conditions. This article profits from the related domestic and foreign researches, but it contributes the synthetical estimation in the establishment of the variables system and evaluation methods to the competition power of city.
