摘    要:根据《黑龙江人口统计年鉴》公布的数据可以看到,在2014-2018年中,黑龙江籍高校毕业生到黑龙江省以外的城市工作的人数量大约为26万人。本文借鉴地域认同度的理念并设计调查问卷,通过spass卡方检验的方法,探讨黑龙江地区地域认同度对黑龙江籍高校毕业生流失的影响程度,以及与其他影响人才流失的因素存在的差异,在此基础上提出相应的建议。希望本文研究对缓解黑龙江省高校毕业生的流失提供一些借鉴。

Abstract:According to the data published in the"Heilongjiang Demographic Yearbook",it can be seen that in the middle of 2014-2018,the number of Heilongjiang college graduates who went to work in cities outside of Heilongjiang Province was approximately 260,000.This paper draws on the concept of regional identity and designs a questionnaire.Through the method of spas chi-square test,this paper explores the influence of Heilongjiang regional identity on the loss of Heilongjiang college graduates,as well as the difference with other factors affecting brain drain.On this basis,corresponding suggestions are made.It is hoped that this research will provide some reference for alleviating the loss of college graduates in Heilongjiang Province.
