| 摘 要： | 档案是历史的真实记录,档案既具有历史性,又具有真实性,它的历史性和真实性是在人们实践活动中自然形成的,同时也是人们实践活动的凭证。档案的历史性和档案的真实性,都是通过一定的物质材料体现出来的,如果这些物质材料老化了,那么档案的历史性和真实性以及它的凭证作用也就不存在了。因此,必须要对档案特别是那些珍贵的和已经有褪化迹象的档案进行安全保护。

| Abstract: | File is a true record of history, the file has not only the historic significance, but also the authenticity, and they formed in people＇s practical activity naturally, but also the people＇s practice certificate. Both of historic significance and authenticity are reflected by certain substances out of material, if the physical materials aging, then historic significance and authenticity and their certificate will not exist. Therefore, the file, especially the valuable files, and those who already have signs of fading must be given security protection. |
