| Abstract: | As an important part of university library information resources construction, digital resource has become the consensus of university libraries. This paper analyzes the main reasons of the low utilization rate of digital resources in university libraries, proposes new measures from several aspects to improve the resource utilization of university libraries, to provide reference for the construction of digital library resources. |
