| Abstract: | Th e article produces two basic methods of residence price assessment:hedonic price m odel and repeat sales model which are widely used in mature residence market.It also compares merits and demerits of the two methods.At last,it points out the v alue of more empirical research on residence price assessment as far as our resi dence market is concerned. |
