| 摘 要： | 建设创新型国家的战略目标对人才的创新精神和实践能力提出了更高的要求,高等学校加快培养创新型人才已经成为当前高校教育的一个重要内容之一。高校辅导员是服务和管理大学生的重要力量。如何利用辅导员这个岗位,围绕国家发展需要,在提升大学生创新能力方面做出努力,针对大学生创新的特点展开分析与探讨,提出有应的方式与方法来促进大学生创新能力的培养。

| Abstract: | The strategic goal of building an innovative country puts forward a higher demand for the talent of creative spirit and practical ability,so speeding up training creative talent has now become an important part of university education.College counselors are important strength of services and management for college students.This paper analyzes and studies how counselors use this post around the national development needs to make efforts to improve students＇innovative abilities based on innovative features of students and proposes right ways and means to promote creative abilities of the students. |
