基于OpenCV的物体轮廓尺寸测量

摘    要:针对现有无人快递机器人对于快递物品进行尺寸测量的缺乏,提出了一种基于OpenCV的机器视觉测量方法,通过对图片进行预处理,利用Canny算法进行边缘检测,对物体的轮廓尺寸进行测量。通过添加修正系数对测量系统进行改进,通过前后两次测量数据对比,该测量系统精度得到显著提高,为无人快递机器人提供了更准确的测量方法。

Abstract:Aiming at the lack of existing unmanned express robots to measure the size of express items,a machine vision measurement method based on OpenCV is proposed.The contour size of objects is measured by preprocessing the pictures and using the Canny algorithm for edge detection.The measurement system is improved by adding correction coefficients.Through the comparison of the two measurement data before and after,the accuracy of the measurement system has been significantly improved,providing a more accurate measurement method for the unmanned express robot.
