| 摘 要： | 本文在系统分析影响本科生导师生师比的相关因素的基础上,通过确定本科生导师生师比相关影响因素权数,建立了本科生导师制生师比确定模型,并对模型的典型值进行了分析,说明了模型的有效性,并给出了某学校生师比分析。本文对于本科生导师生师比确定提供了理论基础,具有一定的理论和现实意义。

| Abstract: | In this paper,on the basis of the systems analysis of relevant factors of student-teacher ratio,through determination factor weight number of undergraduate tutor students-teachers ratio,the student-teacher ratio model of undergraduate tutorial system in military university is built.The analysis of typical undergraduate tutorial system student-teacher ratio was established to indicating the validity of the model.Finally,a university student-teacher ratio was analyzed.The study results provide a theoretical basis to determine student-teacher ratio of undergraduate tutorial system,which has a theoretical and practical significance. |
