摘    要:重庆特殊钢厂有3座20t电弧炉。随着技术不断进步,该电炉各个传动机构均显得技术陈旧,特别是电极升降机构仍然采用:"功率扩大机+钢丝绳"形式,现在这种形式应用在电炉上,已经属于必须要淘汰的技术,因此,在上世纪80年代末至90年代初,以液压传动和液压伺服技术为主,先后对3座电炉进行了较为全面的技术改造。改造后,电炉的各项经济技术指标均获得显著的提高,达到了预期目的。

Abstract:Chongqing Special Steel Mill has three 20t electric arc furnace.As technology advances,the each transmission mechanism of electric furnace is behindhand,especially the electrode lifting mechanism still uses "power expand machine and wire rope",and this form used in electric stove must be eliminated at present,therefore,in the 1980s to the beginning of 1990s,three electric arc furnace were reformed comprehensively based on hydraulic drive and hydraulic servo technology,which improve the technical and economic indexes of electric furnace and achieve the expected purpose.
