基于CDIO理念材料化学专业应用型人才培养模式研究

摘    要:本文分析了当前高分子材料与工程方向人才需求,确定了材料化学专业培养目标,参照CDIO工程教育模式细化培养目标,构建课程体系,提出了基于CDIO理念的材料化学专业应用型人才培养方式,为培养能从事产品的生产、管理、营销和技术服务的应用型后备工程师奠定基础。

Abstract:This paper analyzes the current personnel needs for polymer materials and engineering and determines the training objectives of materials chemistry major,and proposes the applied talents cultivating mode of materials chemistry major based on CDIO concept with reference to the CDIO engineering education model to refine the training objectives and build the curriculum system,so as to lay the foundation for the training of applied reserve engineers who are engaged in products’ production,management,marketing and technical services.
