| 摘 要： | 经济转型是资源枯竭型城市实现可持续发展的一个重要途径。本文对资源枯竭型城市经济转型中存在的问题进行分析,提出了相应的建议;并以湖北省潜江市为例阐述了资源枯竭型城市经济转型的相关对策。
