基于制度经济学视角下的医疗组织药事管理创新浅议

随着国民经济和社会卫生事业的发展,我国医疗卫生费用亦不断增长,特别是药品费用激增,同时药品的安全性、合理性也受到人们的广泛关注。其中医疗组织的药事管理系统在为人民群众提供安全、有效、经济、合理的药品方面有着不可忽视的作用。本文以制度经济学理论为基础,通过对相关文献分析并结合实际情况,讨论当前医疗机构药事管理系统存在的缺陷,且提出相应的建议措施,对医疗机构药事管理系统的改进起一定借鉴意义。

Analysis on Pharmaceutical Administration Innovation of Medical Organization from the Perspective of Institutional Economics

Along with the development of national economy and the society public health,the health care expense also unceasingly grows,specially the drugs expense increases sharply,simultaneously the drugs security and rationality also receive people's widespread attention.The pharmaceutical administration department of medical organization plays an important role in providing secure,effective,economical and reasonable drugs.Based on the institutional economics theory,analyzing the related articles,and combining with the actual situation,the paper discussed the defects in pharmaceutical administration department of medical organization,and put forward the corresponding countermeasures,providing reference for improving pharmaceutical administration department of medical organization.
