基于BLM的地产项目信息协同系统研究

传统地产建设项目中,生命周期不同阶段各参与方管理的信息相互隔断,项目各阶段的信息系统建立在不同的工作平台和项目语言上,为各阶段自身的管理目标服务,没有真正从全寿命期的角度进行信息管理。本文通过系统论、信息论、建设工程管理的有关理论和方法的应用,利用PIP创建基于BLM的地产项目信息协同系统(BLMICS),阐述了BLMICS与传统项目管理信息系统(PMIS)的区别;构造BLMICS的概念模型及功能模型,并对各功能模块进行分析;提出了BLMICS的体系结构;分别对BLMICS中项目信息、项目实施过程以及各项目参与方进行集成,构造BLMICS的综合集成模型。通过BLMICS系统的研究,致力于打破地产项目管理中各主体、各专业、各阶段间的信息壁垒。

Study on BLM Information Collaborative System on Real Estate Projects

Traditional real estate project management has separated parts of information systems for various periods or departments;however,a lifecycling information management is missing which results in the information barriers among different participants,departments and during different working periods.The article discussed a BLM Information Collaborative System(BLMICS) on real estate project development.Firstly,the BLMICS built on PIP(Project Information Portal) was established and the differences between BLMICS and traditional project management information system(PMIS) was elaborated.Then the conception model,function model and the framework of BLMICS on real estate project development was described followed by detailed explanation of the modules.Finally,a comprehensive integrated BLMICS model was developed with integration of project information,project implementation and all participants.
