针对理工科类专业实践环节多,毕业论文多有硬件要求,而新建地方本科院校各方面存在不足,毕业论文(设计)质量不高的问题,提出有效提高论文质量的快速方法为完善制度,合理选题,做好专业建设和教学改革及现有教师队伍建设和指导模式改革等软件建设,以期对本校和兄弟院校提高理工科毕业论文(设计)质量提供参考。

The Soft Environment's Well Construction is Effective Measure of Improving Graduation Thesis of Science and Engineering Student

Science and technology subject have many practice links.Graduation thesis and design have hardware requirements.While for newly established local universities’ all aspects shortcomings.The quality of graduation thesis and design of science and engineering student is low.It is point out that fast and effective way to improve the quality is to do soft environment construction such as perfecting the system and doing well the topic selection,enhancing professional development and teaching reform,do the existing contingent of teachers and guidance modes.It was hoped that this paper can give the reference to the university and other universities to improve science and engineering thesis(design)quality.
