| 摘 要： | 以资源的高效利用和循环利用为核心的循环经济已经成为实现可持续发展战略的经济增长方式。但是拥有丰富生物、矿产资源的陕南地区仍以粗放型经济增长方式为主,资源利用率低。因此陕南地区应该通过发展循环型农业、循环型工业、循环型旅游业、绿色第三产业,转变经济增长方式,提高资源利用效率,培育新的经济增长点,实现陕南地区的突破发展。

| Abstract: | The recycling economy based on high efficiency and recycling utilization of resources has become the economic growth way to realize the strategy of sustainable development.In southern Shaanxi,it has rich biological and mineral resources.But its economic growth mode is extensive,and resource utilization rate is low.So in southern Shaanxi,it should develop circular agriculture,circular industry,circular tourism,green tertiary industry,transfer change the mode of economic growth,improve efficiency of resource utilization,and cultivate new economic growth point,realizing breakthrough development of the southern Shaanxi. |
