| 摘 要： | 为了定量的评估一个基层单位的全面建设水平,建立了指标体系,并选择适当的指标。本文运用层次分析法(AHP)确定了基层建设水平评估体系中各指标的权重,使用模糊综合评价法对各模糊指标进行评价。评价结果表明该方法能够比较科学合理的对基层单位全面建设情况进行评估。

| Abstract: | For quantitatively evaluating the general construction level,we built up an index system and chose suitable indexes.This paper conforms the weight of indexes in the system based on AHP,evolution indexes by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.The result shows that this method can evaluate the general construction level scientifically and reasonably. |
