| 摘 要： | 党的十七大报告指出:"提高自主创新能力,建设创新型国家,是国家发展战略的核心,是提高综合国力的关键"。而创新的实现取决于创新人才的培养与发展。作为高等教育重要组成部分,高职教育担负着培养创新人才的重任。本文对高职人才培养现状和高职教育中的具体的问题进行分析,提出从树立创新教育观念,营造良好的培养环境,改革传统的培养方式,建立创新能力评价体系等方面进行改革,以实现创新人才培养模式。

| Abstract: | The report of the 17th Party Congress point out that improving the ability of independent innovation and constructing innovative country are the key to improve comprehensive national strength.To realize innovation depends on innovative talent cultivation.As an important component of higher education,higher vocational education shoulders the task of training innovative talents.This paper analized the problem of higher vocational talents training the status quo,then proposed some methods to achieve innovative training mode,such as establishing innovative educational concept,building favorable culture environment,reforming the traditional training methods,and establishing innovation evaluation system. |
