信用担保机构与协作银行合作关系的构建

中小企业融资难是制约其发展的一个重要瓶颈,为了解决这个问题,我国建立了中小企业信用担保体系,以提升中小企业向银行申请贷款的信用等级,从而获得所需资金。然而,有关资料表明信用担保体系的功能并没有得到充分的发挥,其中主要的问题是信用担保机构与协作银行之间的合作并不理想。因此,本文从这个角度出发,分析了信用担保机构与协作银行本身及两者合作存在的问题,在此基础上,提出适合我国国情的解决对策,使得两者能够顺利合作,从而发挥担保机构的放大和杠杆作用,解决中小企业贷款难的问题,促进中小企业的发展。

Construction of Co-Operation Relationship of Credit Guaranty Institution and Associated Bank

medium and small enterprises are faced with many restrained factors in the development course, and financing difficulties is most outstanding. In order to solve this problem, the government have set up credit guaranty system to upgrade the credit of medium and small enterprises and to help them get bank loans. However, there are a lot of statistics that the function of the credit guaranty system is not shown. The most important reason is the co-operation of credit guaranty institution and associated bank is not very good. In view of this, this paper tries to study deeply the co-operation current situation of credit guaranty institution and associated bank and analyzes reasons on the basis of previous researches. On the basis of use for reference, this paper puts forward the co-operation relationship which is compatible to the situation of our country. So it can advance the effective co-operation of these two organizations, thereby to develop the enlargement and lever functions of credit guaranty institution, to solve the financing question of medium and small enterprises and to advance the development of medium and small enterprises.
