| Abstract: | Based on questionnaire on Jiangsu private university freshmen and public universities freshman from three aspects of learning motivation, learning behavior, learning environment to investigate and compared,according to the survey this paper proposed countermeasures to improve the adaptability of private college students in the learning, and provided effective reference for improving the management of private college freshman in future. |
