摘    要:皂苷类成分在植物中分布广泛、资源丰富,许多皂苷具有良好的抗肿瘤活性,并且在治疗糖尿病方面具有惊人的功效。因此皂苷作为治疗癌症、糖尿病等疾病的药物成分具有很大的研究价值。本文综述了近年来国内外植物中皂苷类成分的检测技术,以期为进一步提高皂苷类药物的质量控制标准,更好的开发皂苷类药物提供理论和技术参考。

Abstract:Saponis are widely and abundantly distributed in plant species. Apart from well antitumour activities, many kinds of saponins aslo have desirable effects in treatment of diabetes mellitus. It’s valuable to study in this item. The methods recently used for saponin determination in plant materials all over the world are presented in this review. The purpose is to control the quality of pharmacies strictly and to develop more by provide theoretical and technical references.
