应届大学毕业生考研机会成本分析

近年来,应届大学毕业生考研人数逐渐增加,应届大学毕业生不考虑机会成本而盲目考研是不可取的。本文通过从应届大学毕业生考研的个人经济成本、就业成本、时间成本、心理成本四个方面分析,提高应届大学毕业生的机会成本意识,从而有利于指导大学生做出最佳的职业生涯规划、有利于毕业生理性的对待考研,推进理性就业,达到"人才资源"的合理配置。

Opportunity Cost of Graduates Who Take Part in the Entrance Exams for Postgraduate Schools

In recent years,the number of graduates who take part in the entrance exams for postgraduate schools gradually increase.It is not desirable that graduates do not consider the opportunity cost and blindly take part in the entrance exams for postgraduate schools.This paper proposed that improving graduates＇ consciousness of opportunity cost is conductive to direct them make the best career plan,rationally treat the test for postgraduate schools and promote rational employment to achieve the sensible allocation of human resources,analyzing economic cost,employment cost,time cost,and psychological cost of graduates who take part in the entrance exams for postgraduate schools.
