| 摘 要： | 图书馆员素质的高低决定着整个图书馆的服务水平,而继续教育是馆员们更新知识、提高素质的一个重要途径。文章在图书馆事业面临的新形势下,论述了图书馆员的素质要求,图书馆员进行继续教育的必要性以及继续教育的内容和方式。
