| Abstract: | This paper analyzes the theory of the fault diagnosis of rotor bar breaking and describes the characteristic component in the steady stator current when the rotor bar breaking. It finds that the method of three-layer wavelet packet decomposition can effectively distinguish whether the rotor bar is broken or not by the results of the experiments. |
