| 摘 要： | 本文结合笔者的工作实践,从项目评价的角度出发,以项目生命周期为轴线,将项目评价划分为项目前评价、项目中评价和项目后评价。提出了项目监测评估从阶段上来说是属于项目中评价的范畴,并主要针对项目监测评估的概念和内容进行了详细探讨。

| Abstract: | Combined with the working practice, from the perspective of project evaluation, taking the project life cycle as the axis, the project evaluation is divided into pre project evaluation, project interim evaluation and post project evaluation. This paper puts forward that the project monitoring evaluation belongs to the category of project interim evaluation from the stage and discusses the concept and contents of project monitoring evaluation in detail. |
