| 摘 要： | 政府投资的基础设施房屋建设项目往往是一项公益性的、投资额大、牵涉到民生的政府投资的公共建设项目,所以工程项目建设的管理有其特定的性质和特点。针对投资项目实施全过程控制,能够将造价成本控制在批准的投资限额之内,随时纠正偏差,保证目标的实现,对于项目经济利益及社会效益的实现具有重要意义。

| Abstract: | Infrastructure housing-building project of government investment is a public construction project with public welfare, large amount of investment and involving people＇s livelihood, so it has its own specific properties and characteristics. It has important significance to the implementation of the economic benefits and social benefits to make the cost less than the approved investment quota, correct deviation in time and ensure the realization of the target based on the control of the whole process of the investment project. |
