| 摘 要： | 本文首先针对不同国家地区对档案与文件关系的认识情况进行了分析,然后分析认为文件转化为档案需要满足一定的条件,最后根据不同的定义与概念,分析了在广义、狭义视角下文件与档案之间的对应关系,确保了两者之间关系认知的客观性以及真实性。

| Abstract: | Firstly, this paper analyzed the understanding of the relationship between files and archives in different countries and regions, then argued that the transformation of documents into files needs to meet certain conditions, finally based on the different definitions and concepts analyzed the corresponding relationship between files and archives from the broad and narrow perspectives to ensure the objectivity and authenticity of the understanding of the relationship between files and archives. |
